Welcome to the IEEE 802.3 May 2025 Interim Meeting. This is a hybrid in-person/virtual event. The in-person meeting for all IEEE 802.3 Task Forces and Study Groups will take place at the New Orleans Marriott in New Orleans, Louisiana. All in-person participants that stay onsite within the New Orleans Marriott IEEE room block for three (3) or more nights qualify for a $300 discount on your registration.

  • Payment of the registration fee is required for any individual who attends any meeting held during this session
  • Registration fees are non-transferable
  • Fees are in US Dollars
  • Fees are payable by Credit Card Only

Refund Policy

A refund may be available due to extenuating circumstances. Refunds are managed on a case by case basis and applied back to the original payment method, minus processing fees.  Please reach out to Allyson or Jennifer directly.
