Xiang He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University in 2011. His current work focuses on Ethernet physical and link layer technologies, including signal processing, forward error correction (FEC), congestion control, and network reliability. He has a strong interest in high-speed interface standards such as IEEE 802.3, OIF, and UEC.
