Ramin Farjadrad is the Founding CEO of Eliyan Corporation, a pioneer in AI interconnect technologies spanning chiplet connectivity, memory interfaces, and optical networking. A recognized innovator in high-speed I/O, Ramin has led the development of multiple industry-defining technologies, including Multi-Gig Ethernet for Enterprise (IEEE 802.3bz), Multi-Gig Ethernet for Automotive (IEEE 802.3ch/802.3cy), the Bunch of Wires (BoW) Slow-n-Wide chiplet interconnect standard at OCP, and SPHBM, a next-generation memory interface standardized through JEDEC. He holds more than 200 granted and pending patents in high-speed I/O, chiplet, memory, and optical interconnect technologies. Before founding Eliyan, he was a key architect behind several generations of high-speed Ethernet PHY technologies at Aquantia, later acquired by Marvell. Ramin holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
